Danielle O'Hare (Past Speaker)

As a Director, Talent Development Danielle O’Hare drives strategy and planning for employees across Lucasfilm and ILM's global studios in San Francisco, London, Vancouver and Singapore.  O’Hare focuses her work on all aspects of the Talent Pipeline from University Internships to Artistic and Technical Training to Professional Development programming for senior staff.  She partners with teams across the globe as well as with counterparts at The Walt Disney Company.

O’Hare joined Industrial Light & Magic in 2001 in the Technical Training Department. 

O’Hare is from Berkeley, California. She received a Bachelor of Arts from Macalester College. O’Hare currently resides in San Francisco, California with her husband and two children.
