David Elbaz (Past Speaker)

David Elbaz is Associate Director, Learning Solutions for Corporate Learning at Harvard Business Publishing. In this role, he is responsible for consulting with our clients and architecting world class leadership development programs that drive organizational impact by aligning participant-centered learning with key business strategies. David was previously the Product Strategy Director at Senn Delaney, overseeing the successful implementation of strategic initiatives, product development and client solutions. David’s passion for leadership development began in the Israel Defense Forces where he served as a lieutenant commander of a desert operations company, and as instructor in the IDF’s officer training school.
